We are open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday. There are two seatings each evening. The first seating has slots at 6:00, 6:15, and 6:30; the second at 8:30, 8:45, and 9:00.
We also keep our bar open for walk-ins, first-come-first-served. Stop by anytime between 6:00pm and 10:00pm to enjoy the four-course meal at the bar.

The Hearth features Chef Lynn Crawford’s flavourful creations of hearth-fired flatbreads, fresh salads, and sandwiches. The Hearth uses natural and seasonal ingredients, showcasing local Ontario farmers, growers ranchers and Canadian fisherman.
Meats are natural and seafood is sustainably caught.
Lynn Crawford is chef-owner of Ruby Watchco, a market-inspired, comfort food restaurant in Toronto’s Riverside neighbourhood which has garnered critical acclaim as one of the best new restaurants in the country. Lynn was the first Canadian female invited to participate in the Food Network’s Iron Chef America, and continued the competition on Top Chef Masters Season Five. Lynn has also starred in the Food Network Canada show, Pitchin’ In, nominated for a Gemini Award in 2010 and 2011, and makes regular appearances on such shows as Restaurant Makeover, Top Chef Canada, Chopped Canada, and The Marilyn Denis Show, among numerous others.
